Job Summary

 

Seeking dynamic candidate to work on a different spectrum of legal and company secretory domain. He or she will work closely with CEO, CFO and different departmental heads to help on legal aspects. If you are highly motivated candidate with willingness to work in a collaborative set up and capable of wearing a hat as per scope of work, you might be perfect for the role.

 

Job Description

You would be working in a team where you might be working on some of the below aspect at given time -


1)       Participate in legal DD, SHA, SSA and structuring of fund raising, M&A, Joint Ventures etc

2)     Helping different departments in drafting legal agreements, policies & NDAs and reviewing the same received from external parties

3)     Company secretariat work involving preparation of board docket for board meetings and EGMs held by the companies & MCA filings for all relevant aspects.

4)     Ensuring company is compliant with all regulatory requirements like FEMA

5)     Documentation of all transaction related documents and ensure that the signoff is executed in relation to CPs and ensuring compliances of CS within the due timelines

6)     Participating in the ESG compliance of the company for investor reporting in conjunction with the generally accepted guidelines.

7)     Managing patent application of the company in coordination with R&D team


Qualification and Skill

·      4 to 6 years relevant experience

·      LLB and CS

·      Good communication skills

·      Team management

·      Stakeholder management
